Opt-out requests will be processed within 24 hours. Following a valid opt-out, you will not receive further promotional or marketing texts. You may still receive transactional messages directly required to complete an already-confirmed session booking, unless you separately request complete cessation of all SMS communications in writing to info@eliteaudioservices.co.

This Program is available to subscribers of most major U.S. wireless carriers including, but not limited to: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, U.S. Cellular, and Metro PCS. Not all features may be available on all carriers. Elite Audio Services is not responsible for any incompatibility between this Program and your specific carrier or device.

By participating in this Program, you represent and warrant that:

Elite Audio Services provides this SMS Program on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, timeliness, or uninterrupted operation of SMS delivery. Text message delivery is subject to wireless network availability and carrier functionality outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Elite Audio Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in or reliance on this Program, including but not limited to carrier charges, delayed message delivery, or technical failures.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. This Program is operated in compliance with applicable federal law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act where applicable, and the guidelines published by the Cellular Telecommunications Industry Association (CTIA) for commercial SMS messaging.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Elite Audio Services reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Where required by applicable law, we will notify enrolled participants of changes via SMS or email prior to the changes taking effect. Continued participation in the Program following such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
