In the limited circumstance that we engage a third-party SMS delivery provider to transmit messages on our behalf, that provider is contractually prohibited from using your mobile number for any purpose other than message delivery, and is bound by applicable data protection requirements.

Transactional: Booking confirmations, session reminders (24–48 hours before your session), and follow-up messages related to your requests.

Operational: Schedule changes, engineer assignments, or other communications necessary to complete your session.
Elite Audio Services is not responsible for any charges your carrier imposes for text messages received or sent. Participation in our SMS communications program is entirely voluntary, and you may opt out at any time without affecting your ability to use our studio services.
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from Elite Audio Services at any time using any of the following methods:
Opt-out requests are processed within 24 hours. After opting out, you will not receive further marketing or promotional texts. You may still receive transactional messages directly necessary to complete a session you have already booked, unless you request complete cessation of all communications in writing.
To re-enroll in SMS communications after opting out, text START to our business number or contact us directly.
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
To process and respond to your studio booking requests and inquiries.
To send SMS confirmations, reminders, and operational messages related to your sessions.
To send promotional offers and studio availability alerts to clients who have opted into marketing messages.
To maintain records of our client relationships and booking history for internal use.

We do not use your information for automated profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects, cross-context behavioral advertising, or sale to data brokers.

Your mobile number and booking data are stored within our studio management platform with access limited to authorized personnel only.

Our SMS program and studio services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, we will delete it promptly.
